Ma And Pas (ma And Pop's) - Bethel Park

Manager here very rude and rigid. I am a picky drinker and I usually order herbal tea. They did not offer herbal tea here so I travel with my own herbal tea bags. She charges me $2.50 and billed me for a coffee . I let her know it’s my own tea bag and she said she charges me for the condiments I used. I did not use any condiments. She was rude and would not take the coffee off the bill. She lost a customer over $2.50. Other diners such as Pike Diner don’t charge me for my own tea bag.It took nearly 45 minutes to get served.

They gave me top notch friendly service,along with excellent food.They have a sandwich that is more known for the south than up north known as a shrimp po boy and they hit out of the ball park with a home run all the way! I have a friend in south louisiana who I have visited a few times.I have had shrimp po boys in louisiana and this shrimp po boy in Pennsylvania was equal or better than the ones in louisiana! I highly recommend visiting this diner!!!!

Super small for as busy as it is. Can barely hear the person across from you over the sound of the group three inches away from you and the TV speaker in your ear. Other than that, the fries I got were way too thin and flavorless and the coleslaw was bland. Iced tea was good though

Breakfast and service was fantastic. Food was hot and ready quick. Portions were plentiful. I would recommend them to everyone and will visit again.

Love going for brunch with my daughter's. The service is inviting, pleasant and promt. It has a family oriented atmosphere which Is so nice. You'll never walk away hungry. They are very generous with your order. The owner's have a very large presence in our Community of giving back, especially for Thanksgiving. 5 Star's from me!!!
