Burger King - Bethel Park

Ignored at the counter for several minutes then when i get my food dumped my fries out and a big hair is stuck right to the fries. Place looks dirty would not recommend.

This place always disappoints. I have given this place multiple chances for redemption and completed multiple receipt survey, but it is always a consistently bad experience. When they ask if you want cheese on your Whopper, they don’t care what your answer is they just add cheese. Ask for any specific drink, doesn’t matter, they are just going to give you a random wrong drink. This franchise is an embarrassment for the chain. I am a fairly forgiving person and do not write reviews. I am done with this place and would advise everyone to steer clear.

Horrible service I order mozzarella cheese and fries they gave me 3 pieces of fries and chicken nuggets instead of mozzarella. Get new workers your drive thru sucks.

Awful location. They screwed up my order and I had to then turn around and go wait inside for them to fix it. The woman who was supposed to be helping me was literally rolling her eyes at me and wasn't at all helpful. I will never be returning to this location. And the worst part is this is just one of many times they have messed up my food.

This place had the worst customer service and the guy working the register did not know the difference between a large and medium fry. We told him they were 2 different sizes and he said no, they're both large. You can clearly see the distinction in the sizes. This isn't the first time we had an issue at this location and I can say that we won't be going back.
