What?s with the long wait for a mobile order.., stop hiring teenagers that could careless about the customers and start hiring adults that are responsible with there job. If it says it?s ready by a certain there then have it ready at that time?

Didn?t include utensils in mobile order when I put to include utensils. Had to wait in a long line just to return to my car with my food being cold. Better and faster service is needed

There was a spider on top of my grape in my fruit cup. I would think you guys thoroughly check each fruit cup before giving it to customers? now I have to question if I should get mac and cheese and soups here along with the fruit cups?

Requested soup and sandwich (soup was cold and and it tasted like the ?new? chicken sandwich was made yesterday. The kitchen help was more interested in playing grabass with each other then filling my order. What ever happened to the old Panera service?

Really love the food. We ordered the “Family Feast”. First thing is, there’s a lot of food and the price is fair. Everything tasted delicious. Fresh salad, amazing French baguette and a warm and succulent broccoli soup. We had a very good time enjoying the meal.
