Java Love Roasting Co. - Bethel

I saw this place wasn't on happy cow, so I decided to add it. There are really not too many places upstate that have vegan options, so I will take what I can get. This place has quite decent overnight oats and a variety of non-dairy milk. After the lab day they are closed on Monday and Tuesday, but the rest of their hours remain the same. I wish they had actually vegan food, but I am happy with the oatmeal and the press nut bars, since no other place has any other possibility near LOL they also have Matcha

The best espresso, cappuccino, and coffee around. And now they have breakfast and lunch! Enjoy a lake view from the front porch. I do, often! Parking: Plenty of parking.

Cute little spot with a surprising amount of options. Staff was mostly friendly but they likely know they are the cutest coffee game in the area.

Decent coffee, they were ahead of they’re times like 6 years ago. Great location, you can see the lake from the outdoor seating. Service is great, but the coffee hasn’t improved in years.

Such a cute spot! The French Toast latte is soo good. Not too sweet, just lovely spices.
