During my visit two weeks ago, I ordered a snow cone and was disappointed to find an excessive amount of ice cream at the bottom. It seemed like half of the cup was filled with ice cream, leaving very little room for the syrup on top. The ice cream was so densely packed that I couldn't even insert the straw into the cup. In order to address the issue, I politely approached someone to request a remake with less ice cream at the bottom. The staff member took my request but did not provide any further explanation. Fast forward to my recent visit, the owner was working at the window. Recognizing me, she immediately brought up my previous complaint about the snow cone. Instead of acknowledging my concern, she argued that she had prepared it correctly and insisted that my complaint was unnecessary. To my surprise, she even mentioned that my name was on a board with a list of people who had complained. I didn't understand why this information was relevant to the situation, so I simply acknowledged it. I paid for my order and received a my order . However, this time the amount of ice cream was even more excessive, filling half of the cup, and there was an overflow of syrup on top. This made the whole experience quite frustrating, especially when compared to my daughter's snow cone, which was prepared correctly. It's disheartening that such a high price, nearly $9 for two snow cones, one that wasn’t made correctly and the owner being completely rude Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have been customers since this establishment opened and have never been more disappointed in the way our situation was handled by the owner. I think it is an incredibly poor business practice to not only have a board dedicated to your customers that “complain” and then to not only inform them that they are on this board and then to continue to make their product dissatisfying for the customer who simply wanted it made the way it has always been made. Ive been going here since i was a kid and have never been more disgusted with the treatment that was received on something as little as the amount of ice cream in a sno cone and to have received this from the owner herself is baffling.
