Contribuiți la feedbackI stayed at the Seasons just shy of a year. I had to leave for personal reasons but wow! It was a really great experience living there. I was in a studio and the layout made it feel so much bigger. It was clean with hardwood floor, no bugs ever!, and quiet neighbors. Having a balcony was very nice (and it was very big too! . Britta and Kevin are great, as well as Nena, Bianca, and Alex. It was nice living in a place that knew my name and were so understanding to my situation. The place is a 1 minute walk to Downtown Bethesda where you can walk to shops like Giant, Apple, Georgetown cupcakes and much more. It is close to the metro (6 minute walk and has a bus stop a 1 minute walk away. Therefore it is possible to not have a car living here (which I did not at the time and was fine . It is only a 30 minute to friendship heights or a 5 minute bus/car ride where you can find Whole Foods, Marshalls, TJMaxx, Michaels, Cheesecake Factory etc. This place was/is great.
We absolutely loved our stay in The Seasons apartments. My bf and I stayed here for a year in a south facing studio with a balcony. Even though it was a studio apartment, the wall of windows and the layout of the apartment made the room feel open and spacious. The balcony is big, and on the higher levels overlooks greenery and you can see the national cathedral and even the tip of the Washington monument (4th of July fireworks were amazing! . The sun doesn't shine into the apartment during the summer but does shine in during the winter (during the mornings . We really liked the breakfast bar that joins the kitchen to the room, and found the storage very useful. The internet we had was fast and we never experienced any problems with it and one of us worked from home and had regular video calls and meetings. We also loved that all utilities (except internet were included in the rent, and that the parking garage was in the lower levels of the apartment very safe and easy to access from the elevators. The surrounding area is wonderful. There are a lot of food options (would highly recommend the taco truck at Bethesda ave/Wisconsin intersection! , the metro is a 5 minute walk (and 20 minute ride to downtown DC , there are shopping options (including groceries within walking distance, and the best part the capital crescent trail is about 2 minutes away from the back door. It is also a safe and quiet neighborhood. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful. We had a small leak in the bathroom that was fixed promptly and the workers that came in were very professional and followed all COVID 19 guidelines. The team also conducted regular filter changes and pest prevention services. We never saw any pests in the apartment. We would highly recommend staying in these apartments if we didn't have to move out of state, we would have lived here for a long time.
I just wanted leave a review because I just moved out after almost 4 years. Britta and Management is unparalleled and Kevin's personable approach in the office is unmatched. The older people in the building have been there for 30 years (no kidding). There is also a younger crowd moving in who understand the value of a gem like The Seasons.
I lived here for about 2 years. They are amazing! The apartments are located right in the heart of downtown Bethesda- which makes it super convenient for walking to get everything you need. Seriously- I almost never drove. The apartments are clean- and although the appliances are slightly older their cleaning service does a spectacular job deep cleaning prior to your move in. At one point I decided to move to a smaller apartment and Britta made everything super easy to transition and was communicative and helpful. The front desk staff are delightful and helpful- they always have a smile and are always willing to help. My kids loved them as well! I still go back and say hi sometimes when I am in the area- and definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for a safe, clean, affordable, and conveniently located home in the city.
Excellent apartment with reasonable prices for Bethesda downtown. The apartment management is really helpful to help with issues. It is walkable to everything including Restaurant and shops.
