Wendy's - Bessemer

They neglected to provide my full order, so I’m not even certain what I received. I was asked to pay at the window, and then they told me to move forward again. To top it off, the person who handed me my order was not wearing a mask. My family and I are from out of state and just wanted a quick meal, but this experience left a lot to be desired and has made me concerned about potential COVID exposure.

We recently moved to Atlanta and had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The woman who took our order was polite and patient, and a younger man in an apron—likely the cook—came to the window to confirm how we wanted our burgers prepared, which was a nice touch. Everything was freshly cooked, except my nuggets, which were old and dry, and they forgot the sauce. Overall, it was a good visit.

Menu and service were beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed the surroundings of this place. Nice restaurant to take my family for dinner.

I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I often visit this place. This recommendation is always successful. The food there is tasteful and the team is attentive and cooperative. When we visit this place, we give a happy time. highly recommended.

I was the only car there, the drive thru person was Rude! I ordered single combo no onions/tomatoes add bacon this is was I received! Told me to pull up guy comes out with mask pulled down giving me my food trying to hold a conversation saying I looked familiar! At this point I'm scrambling for my mask to put on and they forgot my soda and Crackers for chilli...NEVER WILL RETURN!!!
