The concept of glass wine adapted to each dish is very fun and playful as well. A tip: let the boss choose and he will surprise you! The dishes are simple and all delicious, especially desserts. The prices are very correct to the benefit views. A unique and original moment from other institutions. I highly recommend!
Good atmosphere (but you need to love that the boss reacts like a friend) friendly setting (you need to love the old style) The dishes are delicious (we want to order the whole card) and the boss always brings us wine associated with the dishes. I followed friends in this restaurant because at the base I don't like wine too much. I found that the flat-wine wedding was good. I'll be right back.
From the beginning, a rather atypical and warm welcome. A pleasant setting, old stone and wood. The boss is a wonderful man, full of sympathy and offering many anecdotes. Nothing to say about the kitchen, a terrine according to the mood of the boss, very appreciable, boar-like goulash and the wine served only to the glass, to the blind, chosen by the boss according to the dish. The Parton also has a beautiful vaulted cellar in the basement with a very good choice of wine. An address to remember on Besançon.
Really sincere, for the reception, the advice, the kitchen, the story we are told... The couple of managers who serve in the room is in small care, and thirsty to share his knowledge that shakes. A real pleasure to learn from each of our visits, and to feast around well mastered traditional dishes. A common sense of trade is added to all qualities.
The particularity of this restaurant is that there is no wine map! And it can embarrass some. But the boss knows how to choose the wines that will accompany your dishes with excellence. From the entrance to the dessert you will taste dishes precisely golden and of good quality. (Petit flat for me: cooking duck chops.... Much too cooked to my taste) Big positive point is the first time I eat a real tiramisu in a restaurant! Good point. The boss and wife are very welcoming and friendly. Of course, the almost encyclopedic knowledge of wine will impress you for sure! Thinking to book in advance because the room is very small!
