Here you eat the mixed fried and not a mixed frittata. the chestnuts so soft, so soft and creamy that even in dream. not to mention the handmade agnolotti and the thin leaf. I mean, to try absolutely, weird!

Near castelnuovo don wood trattoria with Piedmont cuisine with choice of a few starters, first and second dishes but of excellent invoice. among the appetizers being all good I would not know what to recommend .. maybe the mix (baked to the knife, Russian salad and tunaed calf,) among the first tagliatelle to the porcini (delicious) and as second fried porcini (delicate and digestible) and the cheek to the red wine that melted in the mouth. how sweet both apple pie with ice cream and baked cream were delicious. indicative price € per head. being evening we spared the mixed fried for another lunch .. the appearance was inviting.
