Osteria Perbacco - BERTINORO

We were surprised that there were new dishes each evening that tasted delicious. The women who ran the place did their best to talk English and were very friendly, welcoming and had a great sense of humor. Even if the view is not as nice as from the other restaurants, it 's a good place to cool down from the hot weather, and enjoy a glass of Sangiovese. If they have semifreddo in their menu you should definitely try it, as well as the pasta with spinach and lavender. It 's not the cheapest restaurant in Bertinoro, but it is really worth the money!

Whilst staying in Bertinoro for a summer school, and after trying a couple of other mediocre restaurants, we were recommended this restaurant by an elderly gentleman on the street; I wish we had seen him again to thank him! The food was first class and even rated highly by our Italian friends. The service was excellent; we received a warm welcome and friendly, good humoured service throughout the whole evening. Best of all, after a huge meal and plenty of wine the bill was surprisingly cheap. If you're in Bertinoro, then this is the place to go!

Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent creative food. Highly recommended. If you go to Bertinoro don't miss it. Doesn't have the view that others may have but for food and ambiance this is much better.

Locale con un'atmosfera unica, camino acceso e pochi tavoli che rendono la cena molto intima. Il menu è una vera e propria meraviglia della tradizione rivisitata (abbiamo assaggiato gli strozzapreti alle ortiche, ravioloni e ingannati), i piatti principali sono altrettanto buoni (taglio di manzo e filetto di maiale bacon). I contorni sono la prova della freschezza degli ingredienti, davvero eccellenti! Si può anche gustare l'ottimo vino sangiovese della casa, proprio come in una vera taverna. Il prezzo è conveniente! Consigliato!

Il posto è ottimo per mangiare piatti curati e non conformi ai soliti menu della cucina romagnola. C'è molta attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, con l'uso di erbe di campo che rendono i piatti appetitosi e insoliti. Ho pranzato il giorno di Pasqua, forse non il momento migliore per un pasto così ricco, ma devo dire che le orde con speck e carciofi erano eccellenti, così come i ravioli provati da mia moglie. E l'agnello accompagnato da patate e carciofi? Una cucina perfetta e un'armonia per il palato. Abbiamo concluso con il sorbetto all'arancia amara, da provare insieme all'insalata caramellata nel vino a singola talpa. Ero indeciso se dare 5 stelle a causa dei tempi di attesa molto lunghi, ma considerando la giornata e la buona compagnia, ho optato per il massimo punteggio. I prezzi sono corretti per la qualità e le porzioni, per un pasto completo si aggirano intorno ai 40€.
