Mcdonald's - Berthierville

Our food was delicious - hot, fresh, and satisfying. The coffee was especially impressive. The staff members were polite and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The restaurant is very spacious and overall satisfactory. However, a drawback is the location of the washrooms in the basement, which can only be accessed by stairs. There are no facilities for those with accessibility needs, such as wheelchair users. Unfortunately, this means that the washrooms are not wheelchair accessible.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast. The service was quick and pleasant. The restaurant and facilities were clean.

It took my friends and me a whole hour to get our Big Macs. The workers were in the back playing cards and taking breaks whenever they wanted. Additionally, there was no brown sauce available.

Long wait at the drive-thru, 28 minutes and still didn't place my order. They have 2 drive-thru lanes open but only one is actually operating.
