Good Times Pizza Co - Berryville

I would love to rate this restaurant on it’s food but I never got the chance to order after the rudeness from the older lady at the counter. I am a regular customer or several businesses next door to it and brought my wife especially for our first visit. We walked in and were told by the grumpy lady that we order from the counter. They had two menus there and we took both to our table, of which the woman made a disparaging comment about taking their only two menus!! We were nice and friendly and told her it was our first time there, that we wanted to “give it a try”. When I got back to the table with the menus, she yells out that it’s cash only. No note on the door, none at the counter, no mention of it before while we were at the counter… if I had known, I would have procured some beforehand. Needless to say, we took the menus back to the counter and left not feeling welcome or wanted for our business. I’ve heard they have great food but sorry, this kind of behavior will never get my money and I’ll not recommend anyone to darken their door again. Word to whoever runs this place, replace the nasty employee with someone that actually wants to be there, wants to help people have a great meal and time. Spending our hard earned money eating out is a privilege that should be earned… and we did spend our money just down the street at another restaurant.

Best ranch ever, it’s too good!! golden nugget was a 8.7/10 and i don’t even like pineapple on my pizza. definitely recommend this place, not greasy at all. also the ranch, 10/10

THE worst VEGGIE pizza i've ever eaten! There were no fresh vegetables on it, save a slice of chopped tomato and a sliver of onion. I think frozen broccoli was used for a little green color... terrible, just terrible Vegetarian options: Your veggies pizza needs to be removed from your menu

Just be nice. It’s that simple.The owner is very rude. Every time I go, she is just mean. She has no customer service and she’s just not a polite person to patrons supporting her business. Both the women who work regularly are very rude. We have been in a few times to see if maybe she was just having a bad day… nope. Her attitude sucks every time. They Don’t take a card and charge for soda refills. We are berryville locals and won’t be going back anymore or referring friends. An attitude shift, a smile, a simple “thank you for coming in” goes a long way with small business.

I agree with the last few people who have posted. They are very rude and the pizza is not even that good. The canned mushrooms on the pizza were terrible. The owner said thin or thick pizza. I said which one is more hand tossed? She said what is hand tossed. Don't worry courtney I won't come back.
