Contribuiți la feedback3 service staff, 1 obviously in training. Staff very disorganised. Ordered 2x6” subways, one staff member got the rolls started and placed meat on them and then left them. They sat on the bench for 12 minutes unattended, while she and other staff members prepared other orders. Complained about lengthy wait when we paid was told “online orders must come first and that interrupts any over the counter orders” Shop was really busy with queue of 6 other waiting customers. Worst subway experience ever Perhaps one staff member should be allocated to online orders.
Worst customer service, ordered and the girl made them then sat them there and went to serve another assuming They were with me when I clearly said only 2 were mine. Got a kids meal and a normal 6 inch and after i paid she again walked away and started on the person next.. I asked where the drink and cookie were as its a kids meal. She told me i can buy my drink and cookie seperate as she cant reverse my payment.. I said no as thats going to cost me more.. in the end walked away with a cold sandwich, heard people that ordered after me saying their steak was still cold.. not happy
Today, I visited the Subway in Berri and want to give a special mention to the employee who served us, Joe. He was a friendly and cheerful young man who definitely deserves recognition for his hard work and excellent customer service.
Subway usually provides a good place to stop and have a bite. I miss the swiss cheese now it has been removed from the menu. Such a shame as I am not keen on the plain cheddar. Clean and friendly, seating provided and area was clean.
Subway has recently switched up their cheese options, unfortunately eliminating my favorite cheese, Swiss. Additionally, when asking for tomatoes, they often give you the ends, which is not preferred by most people.
