Juniper Steakhouse - Bernalillo

This is a truly excellent steakhouse in a very accessible casino hotel. I actually ate here twice over the course of a 3-day conference. Both steaks were done perfectly and the service was excellent! The bread service alone is worth getting a reservation!

The food here is always spectacular. The green chile mac and cheese is a must try. The temperature varies a lot inside so sometimes it’s a bit too cold or too hot, but that’s not really a big deal.

Had a wonderful dinner! Our waitress, Gina, was absolutely amazing!! She made sure we had plenty to drink and was extremely attentive. We had a party member with a shellfish allergy, and informed her immediately when we sat down. Gina not only catered to our needs, but made sure that the allergy was well documented. We had the fillet mignon and the prime rib. Each was cooked perfectly as we had asked, and our potatoes were done to perfection! This is our number one place for celebrations and can’t wait for the next time.

Fantastic service with great taste and variety. The lamb is cooked to perfection and we enjoy the Seared Aui Tuna.
