Church's Chicken - Bernalillo

This restaurant does not even deserve a star. They never have chicken ready, even during dinner rush, and they still do not give you the whole order you purchased. Something needs to be fixed with their employees and food preparations.

I ordered online and when I arrived at the store, the employee did not have my order. After informing them of what I had ordered, they rudely told me that they were out of stock. None of the $35 worth of items I had ordered were available. When I requested a refund, I was told that I would need to do so online. However, after filling out a difficult-to-find form online, I have not received any response. Attempts to call the store have been unsuccessful as the line is always busy or hangs up on me. It seems like they have taken my money without providing the service I paid for. I have yet to hear back from them.

I have attempted to order dinner at this restaurant multiple times. They are consistently out of chicken or the wait times exceed 40 minutes when chicken is available and there is no one else in line. This issue needs to be addressed urgently!

The chicken is good, but the greatly increased their prices during the pandemic. Through grubhub, it's $50 for a bucket of chicken delivered. That's unbelievable. I know their business model, and it was to provide a reasonable family meal for low overhead/production costs. They've gone astray.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. My order was wrong, packed very sloppy, and I was feeding 20 people. This used to be my favorite pace to eat but if the service was This bad here I can imagine the rest..
