Burger King - Bernalillo

This is a painfully slow i have ever seen , lobby empty cashier's not even asking anything and watching them get orders wrong , forget the drive thru talk about going down

Guess time doesn't change things. I had several rough experiences with incorrect orders and stopped coming to this location for almost a year. Went in today and ordered dinner to take home. Waited a good 20 minutes for my order, had to ask for the rest of it cause a whopper and fries were missing. Should have taken that as a sign to check my order cause the missing whopper was incorrect. Was supposed to be a double with cheese and was a plain single whopper. Attention to details is clearly an issue here. I believe the lady that tried giving me an incomplete order was the manager. If management can't verify a full order is bagged, I guess they can't expect the line employees to do the same either. Guess I will need to read reviews before I attempt to come back next time, if I come back at all.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Staff was extremely friendly.

The one I went to, did not have diet Bargs root beer, even though it is there online. Need to update the site. Otherwise, the food was delicious.

2 years ago I gave this place a 5 star. Today it's a one star. There was 2 young boys and the manager older man very rude all three. There was a girl inside she had been waiting 30 minutes for a small order. They ignored us for like 10 minutes then proceeded to take our order. When they handed me my order was incomplete then the boy said do you need something I told him yes I am waiting on a second bag. They forgot my sauces. So I asked for the ones I wanted and he still didn't give them to me. I said thank you once I asked again and he walked away. The other girl as well that was waiting said thank you and nothing not even have a good night or anything. The customer service there needs to improve and the manager needs to be more friendly. Visited on 11/17/23 9:20pm ish
