Gorditas Dona Coco - Bernal

I had a late lunch filling up nicely for about $1.60. Enough said? Well not really. The bean gordita inside blue tortillas was wonderful, the more puffy jalapeno and cream on white divine. They provided two types of salsa, one green and one red which set them off nicely. Perhaps a little spicy for the tourist palate (though not mine), but nobody is forcing you. The waitress was gracious. I was happy and would be glad to get this lunch three times a week if I could.

Everything we had at this place was delicious but the gorditas were exceptional! Dripping with sauce and flavor, plan on needing a stack of napkins and maybe even a bib as you happily devour these local favorites. One of the least expensive places we dined, (two of us feasted for less than $5USD), it was also one of the most colorful as local dogs could be heard running along the roof overhead. You have to try this place for a bit of local flavor!

Establecimiento grande , con varias mesas, Servicio Rapido, y para un tentempie esta perfecto. Pueden pedirlas en la puerta si es que no quieren pasar a una mesa Venden gorditas, Quesadillas, Sopes, de guisos cuentan con carne adobada, rajas, Nopales, chicharron Prensado, Champiñones, Papa con chorizo, Picadillo, Bistec y venden Nopalitos en Penca

Es un local de C. Histórico de una zona muy turística de Querétaro ( Peña de Bernal) no esperes lujos solo una buena gordita de masa de maíz quebrada con un guiso "X", pero hay de muchos no es para sobre mesa es un lunch y ya , son típicas hay varios restaurantes que ofrecen los mismo con distinto sazón .
