Mario's Italian Cafe - Bermuda Dunes

Cozy, family-style Italian restaurant with a charming atmosphere. We received outstanding service from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was delicious and had a unique flair.

This is my go-to restaurant for Italian cuisine. They typically deliver excellent service. However, on our last visit, the servers seemed overwhelmed. I understand that it can get busy, but they didn’t even acknowledge us or ask us to sign the waiting list. After waiting by the door for about 15 minutes, we decided to leave.

I’m sorry to say that the food didn't meet my expectations. It was simply too greasy. I mean, it’s Italian cuisine! How can the food be so unappetizing? The highlight of the meal for me was the basket of garlic bread.

I never knew I liked cheese pizza so much. There's something that's so comforting when you eat a big cheese pizza for a little. Get the big one and take the extra home. If I'm in the area, I'll make sure I'm visiting.

Abundant amount of food for the price. Muscles were very good. Friendly service also!
