Salt n Bone - Berlin

Very cozy restaurant / bar. the burgers looked great at serving and then the giant ribs came. all great. at a slightly higher price. but it is worth it anyway!

Salt'n'Bone is without a shadow of a doubt one of the best beer bars in the Prenzlauer Berg district as it's beer selection is absolutely fantastic both on draught and in bottles. This is one cool looking bar ,a lovely pubby interior with great decor and furnishings,the serving bar is awesome with plenty of seating options both inside and outside looking out into the busy and bustling streets around this wonderful bar. We were on our way to Badfish Bar when we decided to drop into here for a couple of beers .This bar was packed so after a quick study of the beers on offer my twin brother Stephen opted to have Pilsner Urquell Beer 4.4% while I went for Toøl apricot double IPA 9.3% ,these beers were served in tip top condition,we got a seat each at the bar and just took in the great bar we were in.My beer was outstanding,although it was strong it was delicious,very tasty and a beer made to sup.After our first beer my twin and I decided to have Heiden Peters black IPA 6.5% and this fantastic dark beer was just a joy to drink and got a big thumbs up from both of us.We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great time in this fabulous craft beer bar.Salt'n'Bone is very easy to locate by jumping tram number 12 to Stargarderstraße and walk down Schliemann Straße in an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants.Opening hours are,Monday,closed.Tuesday to Sunday, 5pm till 2am. A great bar and well worth checking out.

I was there and the place was crowded so I assumed it was a really nice restaurant, also I read many reviews in which the food was described as delicious, unfortunately it was not and I do not recommend the place.

Who knew a delayed flight could lead to such a wonderful Sunday afternoon in Sunny Berlin? The folks here made me feel warm and at home right away, everyone was cool and friendly and I was sad when I had to leave.Becky, Stevie and Lily just made not only my day but my trip. Make sure you pop along for great food, top company and refreshing beverages if ever you chance on this lovely city.Two thumb fresh

What more could you want? In a city that only sells lager you can get brilliant real ales and superb meat. The pork belly was a highlght in our group. Highly recommended.
