Mcdonald's - Berlin

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The customers are just jumping queues, the staff are rude and everything takes way too long. The food itself was average and a burger looked like the ingredients were just thrown in a box in particular order. Avoid...if you don’t want to get stressed out just before your journey.

Non existent customer service. Bought chicken nuggets meal for my daughter. She drank half the coke but when I took a sip I noticed it was flat so went back to request a replacement. Person I spoke to (man in or dressed in...black) said what can I do then opened the drink and said it was nearly finished so chose to do nothing but ignore me despite me trying to get his attention four more times. The only choice I had was make a commotion to get his attention or leave so I left. A replacement coke is not worth the stress but I will remember this very poor experience next time I have to choose between McDonald's or somewhere else to eat.

I used to like the chocolate sundaes at macdonald, but as they are no more i had a chocolate mac flurry. It was truly awful.A sort of chocolate sludge.Dreadful.

Totally adequate McDonald's I could speak English, as I have no German, and they have Happy Meals. Win.

My order was wrong I was given sugar coke depsite repeatedly asking otherwise and seeking reassurance again multiple time had to give up in the end as the staff didn't seem eager to help at all. Nuggets were disgusting and hardly edible ..highly disappointed and wouldn't return; not the McDonald's standard
