Maothai Restaurant - Berlin

I've known the Mao-Thai for years and have always eaten well there. it is not too big and conveys a pleasant atmosphere. in which reason they would recommend that the restaurant misses the very normal details as a kitchen itself.

Eating is solid and liquid happiness. every bite is a bit joyful. I have absolutely fallen in love with this place and never seen anything like that.

The menu was fantastic, we loved every taste! it is highly recommended! the personal was very friendly and they offered us a mekong coffee that was not in the menu. a special coffee they can only get in Thailand.

Eating on maothai is fantastic: delicious and comes in large portions. the personal is beautiful, but the atmosphere is somewhat cold reasonable prices. total experience: a restaurant that is worth visiting!

I wanted to try a new Thai and have the MaoThai in my head. New is the store for me. Founded in 1993 as the first Siam restaurant of the Berlin East in Prenzlauer Berg. I had ordered a salad Tofu Thod for lunch for 6€. This is baked with mixed salad, avocado, cherry tomatoes and picnic homemade peanut sauce. When the pack was opened, I thought: What? That's it? 2 stars max. But the tofu was really delicious, the sauce was very good. A little sharp, but balanced sweet. The avocado was also good. Only the salad was very clear. I'm just used to the competition for 6€. But everything at Kollwitzplatz has the Stuttgart prices, so probably the 6€ will be good. If I'm not so hungry, I'll try something else. Especially the peanut sauce did it to me!
