Kaffee Raum - Berlin

I leave in the neighborhood and I would recommend to go there for coffee and cake Cakes are awesome Brunch is a bit plain, a bit pricy Staff is not the friendliest

This seemed like a good coffee place when we were passing by so we went in to have something after lunch. The waitress came and in a not that pleasant way, asked what we wanted, one of us wanted something without caffeine, she said there wasn't any, but then it was on the menu so she asked for ir... So we asked 2 Cappuccinos and 2 coffees.45 Minutes passed and after complaining 2 times at what she answered that we had to wait because the place was full, she came and said she actually lost out order, if we would like to order again...We left, obviously! Horrible service, never to come back!

Try different sorts of coffee, pay attention to carrott cake if you like it! very good scrambled eggs! and fruit salad with or without yogurt is so fresh and good!

My husband discovered Kaffee Raum and after that we went nearly every day during 10 chilly days in Berlin. The baker is outstanding in creativity and skill. The space is a mix of cool, comfortable and sophisticated. I wish it was in my neighborhood and not across the ocean.

The new staffer, a young woman, was doing her very best, but management, price and quality did not equal her efforts.
