What for resataurant: visited a few days after the renovation, and in mixed amotions quite expencive for the city we had a la carte schirr than not a fan of waiting for hours biting, also we were just hungry and wanted to see what is up there. So, for a dish very well cooked. the best otopus of all time. the best boar ever. incredibly good sea urchin arroz risotto, button mushrooms to the sevral smaller dishes. So, as for quality really good and deserves totally a Michael star. as for service. well, we have asked for a tee and were almost cold somewhat watery with terrible taste as that brought at breakfast, but a few hours ago brewed and whirled with hot water. euro everyone who is simply insulting. the waiters have heard unappropiat and no open conflict, but ignore, pamper. unacceptable for such a place and was a diappoinment that does not fit the entire hotel stay experience. as for the bar: good food selection pimientos wit hhummus is a total hit. had it almost every day delicious! good oysters, delicious(yet simple) mushroom risotto, beautiful wild salad, right tuna. big brot! also in this bar I have the coctil that is in my list (and I am the one that is looking for a signature coctails in the best bars in any city I visit) salt caramel! it's a must. others were good a good hot butter around, blood and sand, the pink unicorn (not that bright, but ladylike and bright), strong signature stubborn maulule, interesting classic variation martini andalucia recommend!
In the interior of the so do hotel, the German restaurant of star michelin koch paco perez can give them an evening dinner full of intense taste. the room is very funny with a magnificent long table in the center of the saales. eating is very well done with many dresses that remember Spanish taste. very good and beautiful to see all the dishes. waiter and sommelier very friendly and ready to propose the best in the list.
