Pancheros Mexican Grill West Berlin

So I come in tonight because I had a long day at work and just wanted to grab some quick fresh food.. which I love pancheros food. Nothing against the food. But that person you have working at this location… he’s somewhere between 5’8-6ft, definitely a gay guy with curly hair, wearing a beige shirt…he was the problem. He’s pacing back and forth rolling his eyes to his coworkers making side comments instead of just serving the guests in line. I have never seen anything like this before, I almost want to go to a different location just so I don’t have to experience this kind of service. Don’t ask me what his problem was… but it was definitely over one of the customers being served in line. I was disgraced by this behavior that I could barely speak up to order my food when it was my turn. I hope that when I come back in again some day they have some better workers that aren’t being judgy, rolling their eyes at guests and making bad comments.

Be aware of double or triple charging you for things like extra chicken or queso on a burrito! Ive had it happen to me twice so far. On top of that, they have an extremely bad attitude when it comes to food being delivered. Just today I had a problem with the door dasher that was assigned for the food delivery from the PANCHEROS app. When I called the pancheros they said and I quote it's not their problem, like how you don't call Amazon when your amazon delivery is messed up . Basically meaning that it's out of their hands and it's not their problem. I just wanted my bowl and now I would put pancheros and chipotle in the same declining category

Slightly exceeded expectations. Very well made burrito, quite exemplary.

Absolutely delicious. I got food for my family of 7, and they ladys killed it. Had me in and out in less then 10 minutes. Phenomenal! Dietary restrictions: Very solid for a keto diet!

The customer service was great. The food was subpar and it wasn’t hot. It was fresh off the grill and Lukewarm.
