Dunkin' - Berlin Road, Cromwell

Used the kiosk for the 1st time. Saved time as 4 people in line. Easy to use.Parking: Plenty of parking. Majority of business uses drive thru

The drive thru here must be the wost in all of america. How do you wait 30 mins in line then wait another 5 mins at the window??? I could have been to local diner sat down and ate in the time I waited to get horrible service and cold microwaved food.

Fastest drive thru in America. Hands down. Food prepared perfectly. Coffee made the right way.DUNK

First visit here. Drive thru looked busy, but I was going inside, so that didn't really matter to me. 7am ish for this visit. Service was friendly and understood what I was getting. Food was good, and coffee made the way requested. No issues.

I know when my coffee is and tastes correct.This location however does what they want to do. My coffee is never made right here. Once I had an order made wrong and they kept handing me the wrong order multiple times.Unfortunately there are places where employees are hardly trained correctly and for the right amount of time and it shows.
