The portion size was substantial, with the bread measuring at least 30cm. The taste was delicious, but I did encounter some difficulty cutting the dough, suggesting a need for sharper cutting tools. The service at "Manifattura" was friendly and attentive, despite appearing slightly overwhelmed. The staff, predominantly Italian, seemed like a close-knit family. My overall experience was pleasant, earning the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars. I look forward to returning for future visits.
