Subway - Berlin

The manager is a perfectionist, but the younger employees could use some improvement. This may not be the best sandwich shop for those who like a lot of toppings on their sandwiches.

The staff member neglected to inform me about the special offer that could have saved me some money.

We visited this fantastic restaurant for the first time last week, and it certainly won't be our last. The attentive service, delicious food, and excellent wine, combined with the friendly staff, made for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Closes at 9pm, says it online and on the door. Get there and they are closed. It’s 8:30pm.

The customer service at this restaurant is subpar and not worth the price. For the same cost as Subway, you can get much better food and service at Jersey Mike's nearby. Alternatively, Market Basket, located in the same plaza, offers delicious sandwiches at a lower price point of only $5-$6 for a footlong. I recommend trying out their sandwiches instead.
