Tubby's Sub Shop - Berkley

Overall, I prefer this Tubby's location over the one nearby. The prices are better, they give you more breaded mushrooms, and they are generous with the dipping ranch sauce. However, I do not like the potholes in the parking lot that are never fixed, the missing napkins (do you have to ask for them?), and dealing with the single lane on Coolidge Hwy.

The restaurant is clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The service was fast and the sandwiches were hot and fresh. The cupcakes were also delicious. I ordered a Pizza Steak and Cheese, a Mushroom Steak and Cheese, and a German Chocolate Cupcake.
