First time trying this place, based on Google reviews expecting a really decent pizza. Half of it was obviously sitting around for a while and was completely dried out I basically paid $19 for dried cheese bread (had almost no sauce). I actually gave the pizza to a homeless person on my way to another pizza restaurant.
It's expensive but it's worth it. Our favorite hands down is cacio e pape. Crust is perfectly crunchy on the bottom and chewy on top. The cheese is creamy and rich, with the perfect amount of pepper, and not overly salty. There was a very small problem with our order but they made up for it with a free tiramisu delish and bonus points for customer service.
Great pizza! It 's quick because the pizza is made beforehand and they heat it up when you order it. I would say 2 slices is a good amount per person. Each slice is actually cut into three squares so it 's easy to share and try different types. The pizza toppings are interesting and everything tasted great, I like to try new things. I had the Anchovie Pizza and the Spicy Salami, both excellent. Other kinds were really good too, you can 't go wrong!Salads and apps are also good, they have tables for larger groups too. It is the type of place where you order at the counter and then they bring it to your table when it is ready. Everything was very delicious and I would recommend this place! The only negative thing I can say is that they do not offer any gluten-free dishes so I cannot take my wife there. But for work lunches, it 's great!
Roman Street pizza. Their dough undergoes a three day fermentation, and includes five types of flour, all from Italy.
