Peet's Coffee - Berkeley

This restaurant is well-kept, clean, and has friendly staff providing great service. The drinks and breakfast pastries were delicious! My girlfriend and I stopped by here before heading into the city. It's conveniently located across from the BART Center St entrance, and will be even more convenient when the new entrance opens later this year. I tried the morning glory muffin, recommended by the cashier. Despite its appearance, it was moist, sweet, delicious, and filling, tasting just like carrot cake. For my drink, I ordered the caramel javiva blend which was sweet, decadent, and topped with whipped cream and extra caramel. It gave me the morning boost I needed while satisfying my sweet tooth. :D

I really enjoy this Peet's location. The staff is friendly and they offer restroom access for customers. I had a negative experience at a coffee shop on Center and Shattuck after spending $10 there - can you believe it? In comparison, I think Peet's tea just tastes better, regardless of whether they have a restroom available or not.

If you don't have the Peet's Coffee app, you should definitely download it! I have never encountered any unfriendly staff at Peet's Coffee. They are all kind, with smiles on their faces, a pleasant atmosphere, and my coffee is always amazing! Be sure to tip generously, they deserve it!

Bathroom closes at 2:00 apparently. Not actually terrible, but probably the worst Peet?s I?ve been at all around (not super friendly, kinda dirty, sketchy area, surprisingly bad coffee compared to other locations)

Coffee latte and cinnamon roll. On par, not awesome, but good. No outlets to charge devices.(really? In a college town? One restroom out of order. A very clear indication of the breakdown of civilization is a lack of access to clean water and plumbing ie toilets. Employees are pleasant and exemplary in the carrying out of their duties
