Dairy Queen - BERKELEY SPRINGS

I stop getting food from here cause its never right its either sloppy or not what i ordered!. I do once in awhile and get ice cream and sometimes that's not even right like the other day I got banana split with a rotten banana.

I go to Dairy Queen quite often to do takeout and I?ve noticed lately I have been waiting longer and longer in the line to get my food and then there?s a longer line behind me. I understand that at times it can get busy or they can get short staffed butI?ve noticed while looking through the drive-through window there has been what looks to be enough staff but it feels likethey?re taking their time getting things ready.

This location was pretty close to awful. I know it's hard to find good staff, but the gentleman taking orders was far less than helpful. The manager was borderline rude and refused to help fix the blizzard that clearly had chocolate in it, when vanilla wasasked for.

The staff here are amazing, all prompt and willing to help, got my order to me quickly, I'll be stopping here anytime I'm passing through the area, and I hope you do too.

The gentleman taking our order was super friendly and professional, they were very busy, but he handled everything with ease. Great experience... and the food was good too.
