Sam I Am Bagels - Berkeley Heights

I paid $14 for a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. I realize that this is a more expensive item, especially considering current circumstances and inflation, but I was disappointed to receive only 1-2 slices of salmon on my bagel.

This bagel shop is small in size with a simple interior. There are only a few small tables and some wall decorations. It seems that they may have removed seats during the peak of COVID. Parking is easy to find without any issues. Some types of bagels sell out early in the morning, but they usually have all varieties available later in the day including salt, egg, wheat, and blueberry. The bagels are some of the best in the area, with a perfect texture of chewiness, crispiness, and moistness. They have a basic selection of flavors, but not a wide variety. The bagels are consistently good quality. The staff is friendly and the service is usually quick.

The breakfast sandwiches and bagels are excellent at this restaurant (they sell out quickly, so arrive early). The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

As nurses we starve to breakfast. as a supervisor, I like to handle the personal. they have great variety and gave utensili and teller no extra fee. very nice place.
