Micha's Momente - Bergneustadt

We had another voucher to be redeemed. For the first time we reserved a table online. Within a very short time, a very friendly gentleman has confirmed the reservation. It was a wonderful sunny evening that we were allowed to spend high above Bergneustadt in a beautiful ambience. We were very kindly welcomed. There were appetizers and main dishes for us. The food in the upper class was simply wonderfully dressed and tastefully outstanding. The size of the portion was very large to not capable. The ladies of the service have served us very attentively. A culinary experience of a special kind. We like to come back. Thank you.

We have often been with Micha, can say again and again that ambience, hospitality and what is most important is the really good and also varied cuisine. You notice someone cooks with passion. We often enjoy the menus as you can experience more from the width of the map. I can only say, always like to come back. At least here I know that I get atmosphere and more good food.

We stayed on a Sunday evening in February 2023 at Micha's moments in Bergneustadt. We have become noticeable through the Siegen-Wittgensteiner coupon book. We were welcomed by a young, loving and very attentive service team. The ambience was cozy and stylish. The handwritten menu was well filled with a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian treats. Since I was unable to decide between all the exciting sounding dishes, I chose the 4-course surprise menu.( There were 3, 4 or 5-course surprise menus to choose from. Here one could of course choose between meat, fish and vegetarian variant a) for the main course and b) once again for the intercourses. I chose meat as the main course but also for fish as an option for the intercourses... What was then served in succession in the individual courses was unique, balanced, top-lined and more than sufficient in each course. First there was a greeting from the kitchen with baguette discs, as well as a cream of dried tomatoes and paprika, as a 1-speed handmade ravioli with fresh cheese/honey filling and a great sauce, among others, with tomatoes, fresh sage leaves etc. In the 2-course there were tuna fillet with great supplements of fresh vegetables variations... In the 3-course pork fillet bag with glass noodles on Mango/Curry sauce... Sounds good? It was... Honestly, we can't remember when we've been so pampered in this price-performance ratio... The last time should have been at the 4-star Hotel Alpenhof in Schönau am Königsee so really great cuisine and absolutely worth a recommendation and a visit. At the end we were still pampered with a Tiramisu with plum-compound supplement after we could not move any more. As a conclusion, there was an espresso that must also be mentioned, as the selection of beans seems to be particularly exquisite and therefore hardly contain bitter substances. Long speech short meaning about 30 min. Directions from Siegen was more than worth a wage and we will certainly come back. Here someone from love for food has made a call and I wish him and his team all the best for the future.

In fact, upscale cuisine, as I would not have expected it in the province of debt. From the reservation to the adoption and, of course, in the enjoyment of the prepared food, it was always evident that the boss, who also prepared the dishes himself, is absolutely with joy and esprit at work. Large cinema, for Bergneustadt surely very big cinema! Qualitative, tasteful, from the optical presentation: Great!
