Cappucchino - Bergisch Gladbach

Looking for a butcher in downtown Gladbach, we saw a sign of the “Green Ladenstraße” and the companies that are located there. We have not noticed this area or road section. It is probably a side part of the large pedestrian area from the bus station to the town hall and Maktplatz. Here we found some interesting shops. The butcher hoped – but among other things the small ice cream parlour “Cappuccino”. So we also tried a spaghetti ice cream there. After all, we're still looking for the best ice cream in the city. Ambiente The outdoor area in front of the restaurant is not particularly large. Inside we also expected a certain constriction. In the small room there were also ten tables with four chairs apart from the counter. With full occupancy, it must be quite adventurous to sit there or move. But the service worked very well. We were even offered a somewhat wider table and some chairs were pushed away so that we could find room with a stroller and three adults. Cleanliness Everything worked well maintained. Also a tiny small area but clean and tidy. Service The cartridge did the service itself. Behind the counter, a young man worked and executed the orders of the boss. The owner was quite friendly and cared for us; However, he was even more striving with his “stem customers”. Oh yes; there was no invoice here either. The strawberry sauce also fits harmoniously with spaghetti ice. A prefabricated weapon in heart shape came back to the decoration. Overall, this was the best ice cream we could find in the city center. In the meantime, we have found further ice cream parlours at the end of the pedestrian zone beyond the marketplace and will certainly also take a sample there. We are brave of this task. Price performance ratio The required prices seem to be at a level in Gladbach near ice. Conclusion 4 – happy again. After three ice cream cafes the number one.
