What to write? gänseleberpastete mit traminergelee carpaccio vom oktopus mit schnittlauchvinaigrette kalbsfilet mit morchelrahmsauce und schupfnudeln swedish rinderbacken in burgundersauce mit nudeln nachteil: aftertically left no more. that would of course be too little and not appropriate. we start with the service. round service very friendly. perfect eating, the gänseleberpastete was a dream, almost melted on the back, a tidy part for the money recommended for wein. the carpaccio of the otopus was kept sour. by my wife delicious. the two corkblets with the burgundy sauce gave a dense, even here a neat portion, fresh noodles the sose dense their heavenly. kalbsfilet with morchelrahm wonderful with the homemade noodles. we have come to Gengenbach for decades, know the brain in Gengenbach by many. that thirst in the mountains remained hidden to us because it lies a little away. well in preparation for the short holiday the internetz had given us a culinary aid. Now that we have met the brain in mountain heads almost as internet, we promise, we will come back, do not ask and recommend it.
