Hunan Express - Bergenfield

My go-to Chinese restaurant for years! The staff is incredibly friendly and always gets my order perfect. The food is consistently delicious! They have a convenient pick-up window, and the delivery service is top-notch. I highly recommend Hunan Express for satisfying your cravings!

We ordered shrimp rolls, pork rolls, pork banh mi (without peas, as I always request, though I'm not sure if it typically includes them), chicken wings, pork belly, spare ribs, General Tso's chicken, and some homemade tea. The only item we didn't rave about were the spare ribs. The sauce was tasty, but they were a bit overcooked and fatty. Everything else was fantastic! Their delivery is consistently prompt, usually taking less than half an hour, and it always arrives with a friendly smile, even behind a mask. I also appreciate that they have a drive-through window for pickup, which is super convenient if you have disabilities, kids, pets, or if the weather is bad. There's a $2 delivery fee when ordering through their website. Definitely worth checking out!

Best Chinese cuisine in Bergen County. Best authentic egg rolls grown up like a child. Everything's delicious.
