Rio Grandee - Berea

My favorite place to dine in Berea, aside from my talented neighbors, is:

This restaurant is the best Mexican place in Berea. We have never been disappointed with the food, service, or anything else. The staff is always friendly, even when we bring our two young children. The food is always served quickly and hot. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. This restaurant is great for family dinners or a first date. We highly recommend coming here if you are craving Mexican food. We always leave satisfied and happy.

After long hikes on the Sheltowe Trace, we always seek out Mexican restaurants. During our stop in Berea, we decided to try El Rio Grande. The salsa was fantastic, especially the tomatillo green salsa. The guacamole was also delicious! My wife, who is vegan, ordered the veggie fajitas and found them to be incredibly tasty. I opted for the Burrito California, which had sliced steak with onions, peppers, and tomatoes - it was absolutely delicious. Combined with the friendly staff, this place definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

I love the food here, they have very friendly service. For two meals we only spent $25.04. would not recommend getting water, taste as it comes from sink.

My favorite place in town. The margaritas are great and the Tacos Carne Asada is phenomenal (pro tip: get cheese and guacamole as an appetizer and add it to the tacos). They recently added a new menu item, El Molcajete, that 's is the most impressive dish I have seen anywhere in a long time.
