They have only one cell phone that the owner owns and is never there. Take charge of withholding packages and not meeting schedules. The claims to ML were to notify them that you do not comply.

The worst MercadoLibre withdrawal point. The owner is never there to deliver the packages. In five years that I buy online I have never had to go back so many times because the one who knows about the subject is not there. They have made me wait 40 minutes, or return after 2 hours or the next day SEVEN times for 4 different packages. Added to the fact that they are NOT punctual with the published schedule, they opened at 5:25 p.m. most of the time. We already reported them 3 times to Mlibre. Zero predisposition when the packages are seen to be there and do not provide a solution or alternative.
