The Spark Cafe Soda Fountain

We love the Spark, great location, delicious ice cream (get the Blackberry cobbler ice cream), wonderful customer service, and low prices. We couldn’t ask for a better option downtown. Don’t be afraid of the long line, it goes fast, and is worth the wait.

We love the spark cafe! The line was to the back of the museum and then some! The 4 young men working were doing a wonderful job keeping up and being polite, even though it was 30 minutes till closing time. Great job and great ice cream, as always! :

The staff there are always genuinely friendly and helpful, and the icecream is so cheap!
