Shogun Japanese Steakhouse

I got steak and shrimp with double noodles. The picture I took was after I had been grazing while they were making it. There was so much food. It was all hot. It was all cooked exactly the way I wanted. I also got the Shogun vegetable roll. I ate all of it. I am so full right now. And happy.

I’ve never seen a place that doesn't allow you to finish your meal! Right after the cook/chef cooked our meal in front of us and served it, we tried to start eating our meal and our server rushed us to leave the table, asking how many to-go boxes we needed, then less than 10 minutes he returned asking if we wanted him to bring the B-day cake. We were kind of annoyed we asked him to give us time to enjoy the meal. He returned like 5 minutes later asking the same question. At that point, we decided to get the cake, he brought the cake and my husband asked for a refill on our drink and he replied you want a to-go drink? He didn't like the idea of us trying to celebrate my B-day there. He just disappeared after bringing the cake. There were many other things but I guess I already made my case. My family made a reservation to celebrate my B-day (if I had known that before I would have asked them to take me somewhere else). The service was not worth the money spent. What an awful and disappointing experience!

Hours says it closes at 9pm... got here at 8.45pm to make a to go order and they said they are not taking any orders. Please change your hours to showbit closes at 8.30pm to reflect the latest time you will take an order. This is bad business.

Very entertaining, wonderful waiters and fun time with family.

All rice was super dry. Rice in sushi roll, fried and steamed. Shrimp not cooked fully. Service was exceptional. Just disappointing
