Onyx Coffee Lab - Bentonville

Im sorry. I feel bad here but I’ve visited here 10-12 times and just can’t ever again. Coffee is always so wrong. I completely get following trends . You have to sell things but what they serve as espresso is horrendous. Sour, metallic is never an ok tasting note. I’ve tried every offering at more than one location and like I said 10-12 times. Then I saw a coffee for sale that’s supposedly a “collaboration “ with a band ? Did the band go to the farm? Pay for the coffee? Roast it? If their name is just on a label how is this a collaboration? Give me a break. When you’ve run out of ideas on how to charge the younger crowd for a coffee that’s not special this is how you do it . Once you look inside the package you realize this company jumped the shark . Go back and start working on customer service and brew better coffee .

Always like coming to Onyx. They make the best salt mocha I have ever had.

Easily the best coffee experience. While in South Carolina, my friend who has never been to Arkansas came up to me very excited to share this coffee he found. It was a well presented bag of Onyx coffee. I laughed and said Ive been there and had to get him some merch because he loved the stuff. Now bringing a friend bag from Virginia his eyes lit up drinking their coffee and claims that we are coming back every day on the vacation for more.

This place is always crowded. Lots of people like to get their onyx coffee here and I don't blame them. Their staff is great and works fast, always friendly.

Great coffee. Noisy, not conducive to work or conversation. Didn't get a saucer with my coffee that was filled to the brim.
