Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken

I've never had a positive experience at this KFC, which is disappointing since it's just a minute away from my home. However, I decided to give it another shot the other night, and wow! Whoever was working that evening deserves recognition because the food was fantastic. I even called to let the staff know how impressed I was and to encourage them to keep up the great work. It's incredible how a simple thank you can make a difference. The employee seemed genuinely happy to hear my compliments and mentioned that they rarely receive any appreciation. It was my pleasure to share my praise with them—they truly did an outstanding job that night! Keep it up!

I really love KFC, and this used to be my favorite location. Unfortunately, management doesn't permit any substitutions anymore, which was disappointing for me. The chicken is still fantastic, just not prepared the way I prefer it. I guess I’m a bit of a chicken diva!

Always reliable. The pressure-cooked chicken is fantastic, and the coleslaw is exceptional. However, we've noticed that the potatoes have become a bit watery over the past couple of years.

Delicous chicken. Finger licking good cant even describe how amazing this chicken is. They have great customer service.
