Contribuiți la feedbackEating here was truly the highlight of my day. the best food i have had in a long time. we got our food way quicker than i expected, and it was incredible. it was a little bit pricey, but for the food we got it was more than worth it and i woulddefinitely do it again. i cannot believe i didn't know about this place sooner.
Service was good. This is a more Americanized restaurant. I give it a 3 because the Korean fried chicken is supposed to be traditional fried chicken which is usually large juicy bone in chicken wings thighs. This was pretty much just breaded chickenbreast for $9 for 5 pieces. Disappointed to say the least.
We are looking for Korean food, first choice was closed so that we ended up in arkanseoul. reminds me more of a small Korean nudelladen instead of putting yourself restaurant. eating was not as spicy as I expected, had to add a considerable amount of chili paste (if I came back, I would ask her to overthrow the spices on a traditional Korean plane.) portions were a bit on the slender side and a little expensive for what arrived. Both dishes were made fresh to order. I enjoyed the dosirak (cut in slices marinated grilled bark meat, rice and two kimchi sides; gurkenpflücken and julian daikon radish...beide really very good, for more desired.) my wife had added the traditional japchae with pork. satisfied with the glass noodles, crispy veggies and broth. we had to order a Kimchi page for them. the napa kohl kimchi was well spiced, but again expensive, 4 ounces for $2.50 knew that all kimchis were home made- good to excellent. more lively place but several go out and eat runners visited while we were there for dinner.
After a long ride from Dallas to Bentonville I felt like eating some comfort food and was glad that arkanseoul offers DoorDash to our Airbnb. Based on the reviews and menu I was hopeful that it would be good. First their menu is pretty decent offering a variety of food and a kids menu. But just fyi who orders from DoorDash. Their menu price is slightly higher than arkanseoul actually charges. So don't get misleadsd thinking it's quite expensive As the kids menu chicken and rice was about 9.50$ And my kimchi fried rice with added beef bulgogi was about 18$. Compare to other Korean restaurants I have been too not cheap. The food I would rate more like a 3 1/2 stars. The Korean plain chicken reminded me more of chicken nuggets and they add green onions and sesame seeds. So if your kids don't like these toppings don't forget to ask to take them off. My kimchi fried rice was really just okay. But I have to say their beef bulgogi was pretty good. The beef was seasoned so well (right balance between salty and sweet) and the meat was tender. So based on that alone definitely solid 4 stars! This restaurant is conveniently located in bentonville downtown for us visitors a nice option for sure!
