Western Sizzlin Steak More - Benton

Scrumptious Steak, Great Buffet/Salad Bar. After Colton's fillet mignon on Thursday night (no spices, not even salt, and way overcooked), I thought I would try West Sizzlin on my way back from Little Rock on Friday. Results: Great steak, well salted, tender and seasoned with the western Sizzlin spices I love. Potato baked almost twice as large as Colton's in the night before. Steak cooked like I ordered: medium rare. A bowl of chocolate ice cream rejoiced and cleaned the palate after a delicious meal. Bottom Line: If you are in Benton, don't stop at Colton's, but go next to West Sizzlin. You'll be glad you did it! Thank you. Elgin Hamner, for a first-class operation!

In our opinion, they are way better than Golden Corral. They have an extensive and better quality salad bar. They had a potato and taco salad bar. We went there on a Saturday night and they had sirloin steak that was seasoned well and it was tender. The chicken fingers and onions rings were hand battered. Their fried chicken was juicy and crispy! They had 3 to 4 kinds of fish. We loved the pan fried trout and the baked imported fish. They had good tasting desserts, ice cream, and a chocolate fountain. The restaurant is pretty big and there is a lot of tables for small and big groups. We will be back!

This place is awesome! The staff is wonderfully pleasant. The food is great. Can't wait to return!

We just tried Wood Grill Buffet in Benton. It’s was as Guinni says 2 thumbs up!!!! It was delicious, food is seasoned just right, no need for SnP on the table. So many wonderful choices. You have got to try the Brussels sprouts.. oh my so good. From the time you walk in till leaving every one is so friendly and helpful. I love how the owner (Rachel comes around to check on the freshness of the buffet as well as checking on her guest. This to me is definitely a 5 . Rating . Ps if leave hungry it’s your fault. Definitely we will be back. Guinni’s menu. She had.. meatloaf, fried chicken,roast, chicken livers, spaghetti, steak, squash, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, Mac n cheese, roll, bananas pudding, kiwi, strawberries, dessert... chocolate dipped marshmallows and chocolate dipped ice cream with swirl and chocolate dipped ice cream. And sprite. She went back 3 times. Cleaned her plate every time. . We had so much fun.

One of the best buffets we have ever been to. The food is well above average for what is expected for buffet food. The selection is amazing. My personal favorites are the mushrooms, the zucchini/squash, and the dessert selection. Their bread pudding has the most amazing sauce. Service was prompt and attentive. I highly recommend this place and will be back often.
