Mcdonald's - Benton

? Staff can be friendly when they want to be. Food is alright quality for a McDonalds. I tend to have a good quality meal and experience here.? ??? 3 days later ?I had a very 2 star experience today, I m Disappointed because I wanted a quarter pounder and it was very poorly made. 1 staff member was talking in a rude toned voice while I pulled up to pay going through the drive through. So that?s 1/3 staff members who was rude. I was just disappointed in my experience.

This is the third time in a month I have left Benton McDonald?s with the wrong food and when you have a screaming children and you live 15 minutes away it?s kind of hard to go back tonight I ordered a two cheeseburger meal with a large fry and a large sprite and I ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich meal with a large fry and sweet tea and a pack of honey mustard and ranch and a chicken nugget meal and I got a double quarter pounder with extra onions laying on top of the bun a small old (HARD) fry it wasn?t even full to the top and a pack of sweet and sour sauce no chicken nugget meal at all they?re pathetic they don?t listen u shouldn?t have to stop in the dark with kids in the car and a line of vehicles behind u to check your bag every time I did however get the sprite and a chicken sandwich not the buttermilk crispy chicken nor did I get that drink or a fry I would NOT eat here ever

I ordered only 30 sandwichs and nine pommes and they did amazing, they got every single burger and mcchiks out of me and all my riders in a timely manner and eating was hot the service was very friendly and they treated us so well I recommend this McDonald?s to anyone who would like a friendly service and a hot meal
