Kfc - Benton

Phone order. Asked for half crispy original. Got all original. most under cooked plain.

The drive-thru at the Benton store did not accept a coupon we had. We have always gone there, so we were surprised because they have accepted it in the past. Because of this, we decided to leave.

The chicken had too much oil, making it hard to enjoy, and the coleslaw was spoiled. It was a poor choice for a meal, and I definitely won't be returning.

KFC's crispy chicken sandwich is really good. Their French fries are seasoned with their famous herbs and spices blend. Be careful ordering a large fries though, it is so big you can feed 3 people with it.

I would rate this place 3 stars because my experience here has been quite inconsistent. Some days the food is excellent, while other days it leaves much to be desired. Given the high prices these days, I wouldn't want to risk wasting my money. On the plus side, the staff is always very friendly!
