Contribuiți la feedbackI went through the drive thru to lunch on a road trip. Because it was lunch hour the line was kind of slow, but the guy in the window was very friendly. The chicken was delicious, hot and crispy! They are also proud of a relationship with the Lord and have received a bible from Deuteronomy!
This is the second time I 've been given old chicken. And when I say old I mean old. Dry. Old. And gross I hate that because this was my favorite chicken express. Last time I was given poor customer service and let it slide. This time I can 't. I was also given fresh cooked okra that tasted awful. I was giving it a second chance but it isn 't worth the drive to go back. It sucks and I 'm bummed out. Hopefully it 'll get better but doubt I 'm going back.
The dining room was closed. It wasn't fun eating too much in the rain in my car. Next time, I'll stop somewhere else. The sign of I-30 was extremely misleading and it took ten minutes to find the restaurant. The food was good, but the effort was exaggerated just to eat in my car.
My mother-in-law and daughters ate here. The restaurant and the toilets were very clean! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. Especially the chicken pliers and fried pimples. I can't say enough good about this place. I'll be back here.
Once, that was my favorite chicken place, but the times have definitely changed. I have noticed a slow decline in the quality of food and service in recent years, but since my last visit it has become quite bad. The outer lights were completely free/not present, led us to question whether they were open or not (even if we were not there three hours before the posted closing time). The prices have jumped substantially; Previously a about $40-45 meal for the family has increased to over $60 for less food (25 offers and two big pages). The service was hurried and unstoppable. They were from numerous sauces. You left things from our order. The packaging (which has always been haphazard) has now been very little amusing as they have packed our potatoes and engraving in drinking cups (which are much thin polystyrene and have straw holes at the top with drinking lids that create a chaotic situation). The Okra was old (as was the case in recent times). The chicken teeth varied from spherical lumps of undercooked chicken, consisting largely of underdon bread on the inside to tiny chicken pieces about the size of the end of my thumb. An ugly price to pay for non-alcoholic food. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this location and advise if possible to stay in other franchises.
