Wow. Even 1 star is too much. Had lunch here today. Got a salad with a chewed up chicken bone in it. When I showed this, the owner first reacted very dryly: oh okay. He then came to the table to apologize and provide an explanation. Explanation: yes, someone claimed not to have eaten the salad and then we always serve it again. But staff had not seen that the person had placed a bone from the chicken on it. Just have to pay the entire amount afterwards.
