My son ordered a teriyaki chicken sub and while he was eating, he discovered a broken metal tab inside it. I called the restaurant, and the staff asked me to call back the next day. I requested that they check the teriyaki chicken. The following day, I spoke with the manager and mentioned that I wanted to bring back the other half of the sub along with the piece of metal. He refused and offered to send me some free sub coupons instead. I really wanted to demonstrate why I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you decide to eat here, please make sure to check your food carefully.

I enjoyed a delightful lunch at this restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was incredible, earning a perfect rating of 5 out of 5. The Cold Cut Combo, Meatball Marinara, and Sweet Onion were standout dishes that truly impressed me. The service was also exceptional, with attentive staff who made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the place was inviting and pleasant, contributing to a great meal. With prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, this spot is definitely worth a visit for a delicious and satisfying lunch!

I placed an online order, and unfortunately, all three sandwiches were incorrect. I specifically requested mine without mayo and with red vinegar. When I took a bite, I was met with a huge amount of mayonnaise spilling out. I couldn't even continue eating; I had to open the sandwich and remove about half a cup of mayo. The other sandwich, which was supposed to be ham and cheese, arrived piled high with mayo, mustard, lettuce, olives, and onions. They completely messed up this order, and now no one wants to eat it, although everyone is quite hungry.
