Hardee’s - Benson

Food was excellent, atmosphere was excellent, store was clean. Customer service was terrible. No acknowledgement at entry of the store. Drive thru was busy but lobby was not. I waited at the counter (without acknowledgment) for a couple of minutes before I asked if anyone was working up front. I guess I offended the shift manager, she questioned my aggravation but took my order and after I paid turned and walked away. I had to ask if my transaction went thru. She said yes and she would bring my food. I told her I would wait. What’s happening to customer service these days? Welcome to Hardee’s with a smile, we’ll be right it’s you…would have been great!

Had to give my order 3x bc the girl at the register kept saying hold on a minute and then took a drive thru order. I realize they don't get many customers at this location but this may be why! This store needs a Ms Kathy Frankos to get them straight.

My food was hot and fresh. The driver was super nice and polite. It's my first time ever using GrubHub in the morning. It was an excellent idea. Great job to the driver for being awesome great job to the restaurant for delicious hot food
